Rum Ball



1 tin Nestle Condensed Milk
1 packet of Milk Coffee or Milk Arrowroot Biscuits
1 Table spoon Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup of coconut desiccated
4 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence


If you have food processor will make fine crumbs or other wise crunch up the biscuits in a plastic bag with a rolling pin, until they are very fine,then add the other ingredients and mix well. Roll into small balls and then roll them in extra coconut. Keep in the fridge.

Tip : if you wet your hands with cold water before you start to roll them the mixture doesn't stick as much. It is quite sticky but they set in the fridge. As you make them, place them on a plate or tray, do not put on top of each other as they will stick together until set then enjoy

Pudding Mangga



2pc white jelly powder ( swallow brand )
500gr manggo ( pealed and blended)
80 gr white sugar
150ml thicken cream
400 ml milk

1. Mix all the ingredients on medium saucepan.
2. In a low heat, stir well and bring it to boil.
3. Pour to around tin ( 19cm ) and leave it for a few hours.
4. Keep in the fridge before serve.

Coconut Slice


Ingredients:
2 Tbl spn cooking margarine
2 Tbl spn sugar
1 egg
1 cup selfraising flour
3 Tbl spn rasberry jam

Topping :

1/2 cup gula putih sugar
1 cup coconut
1 egg


Combine all ingredients and mix well . Press firmly and evenly into the tray and spread the rasberry jam on top of it.

Mix all topping ingredients and spread on the top of rasberry jam. Bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes

Flap Jacks Slice
Bahan :

375 gr rolled oats
2 cup selfraising flour
2 cup brown sugar
1 cup powder milk
1 cup golden syrup
500 gr cooking margarine
1sdt carb. soda

Prepared moderate oven 180*C
Melt margarine on the medium size saucepan and mix well with golden syrup and carb.soda, then mix all the dried ingredients place in a big oven dish ( 30cm x 35cm) and bake for 30 or 40 minutes.
When it cook leave it to cool and cut to square ( 5cm x 5cm).
keep in tapperware for a few days .

Golden Syrup Dumplings

Ingredients:
1 cup self raising Flour
40 gr butter (1)
1 egg
1/2 tspn salt
1 tblspn milk
1 cup sugar
40 g butter (2)
2 tblspn Golden syrup
1/4 cup ( 60ml) lemon juice
2 cup water

*** Sift flour add salt, rub the butter until resembles fine bread crumbs,
make a well in the centre. Using flat bladed knife, stir the combining egg and milk into the flour mix to form a soft dough.

How to make syrup :
***Place 2 cups of water in a large saucepan with the sugar and butter (2), pour golden syrup and lemon juice. stir well till sugar disolved.


*** Bring to the boil, gently drop dessert spoon of the dough into the syrup.
Reduce the heat to simmer and cook, covered for 20 minutes.

Spoon onto serving plates, pour a bit of syrup and served with cream or ice cream

Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding


2 oz Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg
2 Self Raising Flour
2 tablespoon Cocoa
1/2 cup Milk
Vanilla
2 1/2 cup hot water

TOPPING :

3/4 cup Sugar
3 tablespoon cocoa

Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. Fold in flour,cocoa and Milk. Grease casserole. Add mixture and sprinkle with topping.

Combine the topping mix and sprinkle on to the mixture above.
Gently pour over 2 1/2 cups hot water.

Microwave : 8 – 10 minutes ( convection microwave only ) or oven with moderate high 180 C ( till the sauce is bubbling )

Served with Ice cream or cream OR both.
