Scallops on mix vegetable
Ingredients
300gr Scallops
vegetable - anything you like
1/2 cupsicum - dice medium
1 banana chilli (clean the seeds)- finely chop
1 spring onion - cut 3cm
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsn olive oil
1 tspn pepper to taste
1 tspn salt to taste
1 tspn soya sauce
Prepared on medium frying pan heat olive oil and saute garlic and the vegetable for 3 minutes add scallops stir for another 2 minutes and add other ingredients. After stiring for 3 more minutes,taste seasoning put more herbs if necessary.
served : 3
cooking time 10 minutes
served with bake potato and sour cream
